AMAN PUREWAL
Born and raised in Northern California, Aman has a BA from California State University, Sacramento and a Master’s from the University of California, Davis. Aman received her AMI Diploma from the Montessori Institute of San Diego. Her hobbies include baking, traveling, and reading.
SANJ PUREWAL
Sanj is originally from California and has a BA from California State University, Sacramento. Sanj received his AMI training from the Montessori Training Center of New England. He enjoys exploring the great outdoors, cooking, and going on road trips.
OLESYA SACHUK
Olesya is pursuing a degree at Sierra College, channeling her passion for nurturing young minds into our Montessori classroom as an Assistant Teacher / Aftercare Teacher. From her upbringing in a warm family environment, Olesya embodies a deep sense of community and responsibility. She has a background in various educational activities and's well-equipped to engage and guide our toddlers on their learning journey. As a former Sunday School teacher, Olesya excelled in crafting interactive lesson plans and fostering a love for exploration and discovery. Her experience coordinating activities for large groups during summer camps underscores her ability to create enriching experiences for children. Beyond her dedication to education, Olesya enjoys embarking on new adventures with her husband, exploring culinary delights through cooking, and cultivating her green thumb in her herb garden—basil being her favorite!
ALINA QIANG-HOUPIS
Hello! My name is Alina. I am from Northeastern China. I have a bachelor’s degree in English Education and a teaching credential. I worked at a private elementary school for 8 years in China and I also speak Mandarin. I like children and I like teaching. I believe that children learn from being interested in the world. I will do my best to work with the other teachers to take care of your children and provide them best with an education.
ASHLEY PEDERSEN
Ashley Grew up in the East Bay area where she went to school, originally, to become an Occupational Therapist for children with special needs. However, fate had another plan! Needless to say, Ashley feel in love with the word of teaching and has not looked back since! She currently has her AA in Child Development and Behavioral Science and is always continuing her education. Children are her passion and helping them grow is one of her proudest accomplishments. Her hobbies include: Photography, Writing, Cake decorating, and interior design.
FOROOGH IMANI
Foroogh was born and raised in Iran. She has a degree in early childhood education from Saddleback College. Foroogh loves being around the children and the animals at Roseville Ranch. She considers herself a lifelong learner. Her hobbies include camping, outdoor activities and traveling.
MEGAN KELLEHER
Megan grew up in Loomis, and graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelors in psychology. She has a professional background in psychiatric rehabilitation and supporting children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Megan has been a Montessori guide since 2018, and completed her AMI Montessori training in the Bay Area through Montessori Northwest. In her free time, Megan loves to be outdoors whether it be camping, biking, hiking, gardening, or playing with her 2 silly dogs.
